I already fixed the stupid mistake in my Webservice Server.
The link is now right.
Because of the problem with the Webservice Server , I decided to write the Client for my own service.

Time to concentrate on the Team Project.
Phuong almost finished his part.

The exercise is difficult
My code based a lot on the code of Mr.Dernlt , I hope its still okie :D cos without it Im not gonna make it on time.

The complex DataType LengthObj contains 2 variable types : Double(value) and String(unit)

3 Operation

to_meters : convert LengthObj to meters
Convert : convert LengthObj to meters and then convert to target unit
ConvertArray : convert all diffenrent LengthObj to meters and then return the sum of all LengthObj in target unit

Read through the Scripts
Its gonna be a hard Aufgabe for me.

I already had the Idea in mind.First I wanted to make a Currency Converter but then I saw someone already made it so I changed my plan and will make an Unit Converter.

A lot still need to be done...

Einzelaufgabe A5: Schema/XSLT

I chosed the Teil A : Schema

Despite meeting some troubles , I still finished the XML/DTD Aufgaben and I felt they are not too difficult for me.That's why I chosed teil A

But I was quite wrong this time 'cos It took much more longer to finish this than I thought

After hundreds of times trying without success , I tried a convert tools(XMLSpy) to look for a better schema structure for my DTD.I know I should not use such a tool but well I did finish the Aufgabe by myself and not copy/paste the result from the tool.The result generated from the tool is a little weird but at least it gave me a better overview how a Schema should look like.

And finally I finished it successfully.

I uploaded the Schema but If I have time I will fix it a little.I want to put some Restriction on the Zeit-Element but because it formated as "15h30" ,I dont know how to define it.Maybe I will need to edit my XML as well.

XPath may look not so hard but in fact it's more complicated than I thought
I had to spend quite some time to make it work
I met some funny mistakes as well.For example I mistyped the word "legislaturperiode" more than once and was having a hard time to find out where the mistake was

Finally I finished it.

The Classdiagram bases on the Lecture Schedule Control

Each Professor will have 1 "Vorlesung" and each "Vorlesung" will be presented by only 1 Professor

1 Tutor may have some "Übung" but one "Übung" will only have 1 Tutor

The Students may take part in many different "Vorlesung" and "Übung"
Each "Vorlesung" and "Übung" of course has many Students

Quite confused what is required to be done here
We finished it but somehow we don't have much confidence.
One thing I recognized after finishing the Slides is that we should go more into details.
We surely know what we want to do and what we are going to do.But still, we have to learn how to present it in a professional way as well as the way that it should be by this architecture phase.
I think I could learn this by watching the other gruops' presentation tomorrow(today actually)

Finally finished the PHP Aufgabe
With lack of experience , the result does not look good but at least it works.
The Title appears quite well but the Picture and Song Lists Text area appear in the position which I dont like.I want them to be in the middle right under the Title.
But with more time invested I could fix that I think.Not that big of a problem.

Again we met some trouble at first to figure out what we must do.
Coding directly seems to be easier for me and Phuong because I never do the Modeling parts this carefully before.
We have read through the script again and try to do it.
We also searched for some examples from the internet in order to be able to finish this Modeling part right.

I've not got much experience in PHP so probably I will meet some difficulties at first.
I will try to fix the CSS Aufgabe as well because by the last upload , I used something in the html file which is not allowed

We have not explained our Idea clearly enough in the last phase of the Project.So we tried to do it again in this phase.

Funktionalen / Nichtfunktionalen Anforderunge as well as Taskanalyse, Zielanalyse took us a while to figure out what they really are and honestly , after uploading the required files we've still not known if we've made it exactly right or not.

It came naturally from the homepages of many courses that we have to visit everyday.Due to the fact that Phuong ever tried to make such a homepage without success , we decide to give it one more try.

We would like to make a web-based tool in order to help the professors to organize his lecturing material in a way that the students can conveniently have an access to.The tools may offer some more features to help the students and the lecturers staying in contact easily.

Although the idea is nothing new because we all know that there are a lot of them around and we may use it everyday already , Phuong and I hope that we can make it a little different or maybe even more simple and easier to use.
